Packages/Punch Pass

All Packages/Punch Passes shall remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Occasionally, special promotions may be offered on Packages/Punch Passes with a shorter expiry period of 3-6 months.

We regret to inform that we are unable to provide refunds for memberships or punch passes.

In the event of an injury or any health condition that may impact your ability to move, please reach out to us immediately, to allow us to extend the Package to give you more time to recover.

Auto Renew Memberships

Activation: All unlimited memberships will be activated on the day of purchase.

Refund Policy: All MOVI Memberships, Packages, and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

Membership Validity: One-month unlimited memberships are valid for a 30-day period from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy: 12-Month Unlimited Memberships cannot be cancelled prior to the 12-month timeline. In the event of a Health Emergency/or after completing 6 months if you wish to pause/freeze for a month, please submit an email request at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment.

Cancellation and No Shows
Late Cancellations
Customers can cancel their attendance and get a credit if they make it before the cancellation cut-off period of 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Tickets purchased using pre-paid/class packages or usage-limited subscriptions will be automatically added back to their package or usage limit. Other purchases will be returned as credits to the customer's account.
Auto renew members gets 4 late cancellations waived per month & Unlimited Membership Holders gets 3 late cancellations waived per month.
An automatic charge of $5 will occur 24 hours after the missed class if these conditions are not met.
Punch Pass holders will loose their credit associated with the class.
No Shows
Auto renew members gets 1 waived per month & Unlimited Membership Holders gets 1 waived per month.
An automatic charge of $10 will occur 24 hours after the missed class if these conditions are not met.
Punch Pass holders will loose their credit associated with the class.
